Gardener Wanted – for those who enjoy the full spectrum

Do you want an independent job where you lead yourself and can be both creative and practical?

We are looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves when needed – clearing, pruning, operating machinery – while also caring about the details. You see when something needs to be shaped, fine-tuned, or put together into something that actually feels complete. Sometimes it involves chainsaws and heavy work. Other times it’s about bouquets, form, and a sense of touch. And you thrive on the variation in between.

You will work largely independently and be responsible for the entire process. From the initial idea and planning, through to executing the job on-site, to maintaining and following up over time. This means you listen to the customer’s wishes, see what the location requires, and make it work in reality – not just on paper. Often, nature is your closest working environment, and you need to enjoy that.

You need to be confident in your craft, have a chainsaw license, be experienced in operating machinery, have technical knowledge, and not be afraid of physical work. But above all, you need to enjoy working independently, taking responsibility, and delivering something you can stand behind.

This is a job for you who want to use your full competence – and who want to do it for real. The work is year-round and includes both private gardens and assignments for housing associations and property owners.

We expect you to be educated in gardening and have experience working independently on your own projects.

The degree of employment is negotiable and between 50–100%. The employment is with Proficore AB where you will have colleagues (though not in daily work). Work area Jönköping and Gränna and surrounding areas.
